- 500g Flavorite tomatoes
- 2 cooking apples, grated
- 13.5kg sugar
- Juice of a lemon
- Pulp of 6 passionfruits
- Peel Flavorite tomatoes by dipping them in boiling water, then cold water.
- Mash and cook Flavorite tomatoes with a little water until soft and then put them through a sieve.
- Add apples, sugar, lemon juice and passionfruit. Simmer until set.
- Pour into sterilised jars.
