Tomato & Passionfruit Jam

  • 500g Flavorite tomatoes
  • 2 cooking apples, grated
  • 13.5kg sugar
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Pulp of 6 passionfruits


  1. Peel Flavorite tomatoes by dipping them in boiling water, then cold water.
  2. Mash and cook Flavorite tomatoes with a little water until soft and then put them through a sieve.
  3. Add apples, sugar, lemon juice and passionfruit. Simmer until set.
  4. Pour into sterilised jars.
