Steak and bacon quiche

1 tspn oil for frying

200g minced steak

100g bacon

1 onion, diced

1 cup grated tasty cheese

1 ripe Flavorite tomato, diced

2/3 cup self raising flour

1 – 1 1/2 cups milk

2 tbspns chopped parsley

3 eggs, beaten

1 tspn paprika

Salt and pepper

Stir fry mince and bacon in the oil. Add onion and capsicum. Mix all the other ingrediants in a bowl then add cooled mince mix. Stir well and put into a greased quiche dish. Bake at 200C for 40 minutes.
