Ham and cheese quesadillas

4 large tortilla wraps

4 large slices of ham

8 slices of cheddar

3 Flavorite tomatoes, diced

1 cup grated mozzarella

Lay the tortilla wraps flat on work bench. Cover each wrap with a slice of ham, 2 slices of cheddar, and a few slices of tomato and top with mozzarella. Fold in half and cook in a sandwich press until cheese melts. Cut in half to serve.


Pizza wheels

2 sheets puff pastry

1/3 cup Italian tomato pasta sauce

2 tbs tomato paste

100g sliced salami

100g sliced ham

100g grated mozzarella


Lay pastry sheets out on a work surface. Mix the tomato sauce and pasta together and spread over pastry sheets. Top with salami, ham and mozzarella.

Roll up into fairly loose coils, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30min. Preheat oven while chilling. Cut pastry into 2cm thick slices and arrange on an oven tray. Bake 15min, then remove to a rack to cool. Serve warm.
