Spicy Shrimp & Tomato Mee Goreng

Serves: 4

1 tbs oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red chilli, sliced
2 large potatoes, peeled, cubed
250g shrimp meat
cabbage, shredded
500g egg noodles
2 Flavorite tomatoes, diced
1 cup tomato and chilli sauce, combined
2 tbs soy sauce
1 cup bean shoots

  • Heat oil in non stick pan. Fry onions, garlic and chilli for 3min. Add cooked potato, shrimp and cabbage. Fold for 3 min. Microwave noodles for 1 min.
  • Add to pan with Flavorite tomato, tomato/chilli and soy sauces. Heat for 2 3min. Fold in bean shoots before serving.
