Sausages And Tomato Pie

1/2 kg Pork Sausages

2 Lare Flavorite tomatoes

1 Small onion

1 Cup stock of water

1/2kg Potatoes

Salt and pepper

For the best result boil sausages for five minutes and remove skins. Peel and slice onions, in a little oil or butter. Slice sausages and place half in a pie dish. Cover with fried onions and tomato slices.

Season and add stock or water and then the remaining sausages. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes over the top. Brush with milk and score the surface with a knife or fork. Do with butter or alternativley grated cheese and bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
