1 cup warm water and milk in equal quantities

15g dried yeast

3 1/2 cups plain white flour

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp sea salt

TOPPING:

200g Flavorite tomatoes (very ripe) crushed

200g mozarella roughly torn

12 fine slices prosciutto

Few leaves fresh oregano, roughly torn

50g rocket

50g shaved parmesan

extra virgin olive oil, to serve
