1kg minced steak

1 tin spicy tomato soup

Instant curly lasanga sheets

1 onion

Grated cheese to sprinkle on top

White sauce to cover top

Parsely for white sauce (optional)


Brown the meat and onion in a little oil. Add the tin of soup. Put lasanga sheets in the bottom of a deep caserole dish and alternate the meat mix and lasanga sheets. Finish with two sheets of lasanga on top of the meat mix.

Cover with white sauce and grated cheese. Cook in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
