6 scotch fillet steaks
40g French onion soup mix
1 large onion, sliced thinly
1 large Flavorite tomato, sliced thinly
1 tspn dried oregano leaves
1/2 cup grated cheese
- Place each steak on a piece of foil.
- Press onion mix on both sides of steak.
- Place onion and tomato on top of steak and sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
- Close foil over steaks and bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve with salad.
