French Onion Steaks

6 scotch fillet steaks

40g French onion soup mix

1 large onion, sliced thinly

1 large Flavorite tomato, sliced thinly

1 tspn dried oregano leaves

1/2 cup grated cheese

  • Place each steak on a piece of foil.
  • Press onion mix on both sides of steak.
  • Place onion and tomato on top of steak and sprinkle with herbs and cheese.
  • Close foil over steaks and bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
  • Serve with salad.
