Feel good food

Ingredients:

2 pieces good – quality swordfish

Spice mix

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tspn tumeric

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp ground chilli

Tabbouleh:

One bunch of continental parlsey (finely chopped)

1/2 bunch freh mint (finely chopped)

One cup tomato cheek

One cup cooked Du Puy lentils

1/2 cup Spanish onion (finely chopped)

Good pinch cinnamon

Good pinch of allspice

Lemon juice to taste

Glug of extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and season to taste

Method:

Combine dry spices with a little extra virgin olive oil and rub over the fish. Marinate for 20 minutes. Barbecue until the fish is just cooked, rest for a few minutes and serve with the tabbouleh and fresh lemon wedges.
