1 large Onion, sliced
3-4 Flavorite Tomatoes, sliced
2-3 Chicken Fillets
2 Garlic cloves
Add a small amount of Olive Oil to a saucepan. Slice the onion and tomatoes and arrange in layers in the pan. Cut the required amount of Chicken fillets into chunky pieces and add to the onion and tomato in layers. Sprinkle the desired amount of Curry over the Chicken and add 2 grated cloves of garlic and a knob of ginger. Top the mix with Carrot and Beans.
Cook slowly for about an hour, or until cooked. Add Coconut Cream to serve.
